Hot Roller Bars
Hot rolled bars are steel bars manufactured by rolling steel at high temperatures (over 1700°F / 926°C), above the recrystallization point of the metal. This process makes the steel easier to shape and form, producing bars with a rough surface finish and slightly rounded edges.
Available Shapes:
- Round Bars – for shafts, fasteners, and machine parts
- Square Bars – for frames, grills, and general fabrication
- Flat Bars – for support structures, plates, and tools
- Hexagonal Bars – for nuts, bolts, and precision machining
